Want to get in touch with the Jollibee Menu Team? The fastest and only way to reach us is by email:

admin@jollibeemenulist.us

We read every message that lands in that inbox. A short subject line helps a lot — something like “Price update: Seattle store” gets our attention much faster than “Hello.”

What we can help with

  • Menu corrections. Spotted a price that’s changed at your local store, or an item that’s been discontinued? Tell us the city and what you saw, and we’ll verify it and update the guide.
  • Missing items. If a new Jollibee item launched and we haven’t covered it yet, send a note. Reader tips are often how we hear about regional releases first.
  • Feedback on our guides. Too long, too short, missing the one thing you came for? We genuinely want to know.
  • Questions about content on this site. If something we’ve published is unclear, or you think we’ve made a factual mistake, write to us and we’ll look into it.

What we can’t help with

Please don’t send us food orders, refund requests, or complaints about a specific store visit. We understand the frustration — a cold meal or a messed-up order is annoying — but we’re an independent guide, not Jollibee itself. We have no access to Jollibee’s order system, no way to process refunds, and no authority over any restaurant. For anything like that, you’ll need to contact Jollibee directly through their official website or the store you visited. They have the tools to actually fix it; we don’t.

The same goes for job applications and franchise inquiries. We don’t hire for Jollibee and we can’t pass applications along.

How fast do we reply?

We’re a small team, not a call center, so replies aren’t instant. Most emails get an answer within two to three working days. Simple corrections are often handled faster — sometimes the fix goes live before we even reply. Messages sent over weekends and holidays may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

If your note is about an urgent safety issue, like allergy information you believe is dangerously wrong on our site, put “URGENT” in the subject line. Those jump the queue, because getting nutrition and allergen details right matters more than anything else we publish.

Press, partnerships, and everything else

Journalists working on a story about Jollibee’s growth in the US sometimes ask us for menu history or price comparisons. We’re happy to share what we’ve published and explain how we gathered it — just know that we speak only for this website, never for Jollibee. The same applies to students researching the brand for school projects: our guides are free to cite with a link, and we’re glad to answer a question or two when time allows.

If you run a website and want to reference our price data, we’d rather you link to the relevant guide than copy the numbers wholesale. Prices go stale quickly, and a link keeps your readers pointed at the freshest version we have. If you do quote a figure, crediting Jollibee Menu List with a link is the decent thing to do, and we appreciate it.

One more thing, because it comes up a lot: we can’t add your store to a map, change your local store’s hours anywhere, or fix an order placed through a delivery app. Those systems belong to Jollibee and the delivery platforms. Emailing us about them only slows down the fix you actually need.

A quick note on privacy

When you email us, we only use your address to reply to you. We don’t sell email addresses, we don’t add you to a marketing list, and we don’t share your messages with third parties. If you’d rather we delete our email thread once your question is sorted, just say so and we will.

Thanks for taking the time to write. This site stays accurate largely because readers bother to tell us when something changes — so don’t hesitate.

Other messages we welcome

Menu news is welcome too. If a new item is being tested near you, or a seasonal item has come back earlier than expected, send it over and say where you saw it. The team checks reader tips the same way it checks other sources, against ordering menus or published listings, before anything goes into a guide. A tip that cannot be confirmed is not published as fact, but it can still point the team toward something worth checking, so it is never wasted.

Questions about using the site are welcome as well, whether a page is hard to read on a phone, a link is broken, or a guide is missing an item you expected to find. Business messages, including requests about listings or partnerships, go to the same inbox, and they are read in the same working-day routine. Messages about an order at a specific restaurant, though, cannot be fixed here, because Jollibee Menu List does not run any restaurant and has no access to order systems.

What not to send, and what happens next

Please do not send payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an email, because email is not a safe place for those things and the site never asks for them. Order numbers and receipts also do not help here, since there is no order system on this side to look them up in. If a message contains something sensitive by mistake, say so in a follow-up and the team can delete the original message on request.

Messages are answered on working days, in the order they arrive, and a correction that changes a guide usually gets a short reply once the change is live. Some messages need a check that takes a few days, especially when a detail varies by region, and in that case a reply may come later than a simple question would. The inbox is checked regularly, but it is a small team, so a message sent late in the week may be picked up on the next working day rather than the same night.

What to include in a correction

The most useful messages are short and specific. Name the item, say what the guide shows, and say what you saw instead, with the town or state where you saw it. A photo of a menu board is welcome but never required, and a price on its own, without the item and the place, is much harder to check. Corrections like this are read first, because they change what other readers see, and a confirmed correction goes into the guide rather than sitting in an inbox.

It also helps to say which page you were reading, since the same item can appear in several guides with different wording. A link, or even the guide title copied into the message, saves a round of guessing. If you are writing about a deal, add the dates you saw it running, if you know them, because a deal that ended last week and a deal that is still running need very different fixes.

Writing to us

Write to admin@jollibeemenulist.us for anything on this page, from a price correction to a privacy request. One inbox covers the whole site, so a message will not get lost between departments, because there are none. It is a small online team, there is no phone number and no office to visit, but the inbox is real and it is read by a person.
